What’s the cancellation and refund policy?

For conversation coaching, I have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

That means that if you cancel or request a reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you will lose that session.

To avoid this, it is advised that you always double check your shcedule to make sure there are no discrepancies.

This is common practice in the industry for language teachers and coaches who take their work and services seriously.

For the voice note programme, due to its nature, there is no need for a cancellation policy as we work more flexibly.

However, the deadlines must be respected and no refunds can be made once the course has started.

Should you pay for the voice note programme and decide not to do it before the start date, you will be entitled to a refund if you notify up to 24 hours before the scheduled starting date.

Please respect that a lot of work goes into my services, and that before making a purchase, you should always make sure you have read the course details and contacted me if you have any questions. I can speak to you in English and Spanish (Castillian…I’m learning Catalan, I promise!).

For this reason, please respect that I must be strict with these policies and no exceptions will be made.

What’s the payment method?

I accept both Spanish and international bank transfers. If your bank adds any transfer fees, they’ll be your responsibility to pay.

I will provide my bank details to you personally via an acceptance email for each course. For Spanish legal purposes, each client will be asked to provide their full name, ID number (DNI/NIE in Spain), and their address (number, street name, post code and city). This is a legal requirement by Spanish law that allows me to create an invoice. For each service provided, you will receive an invoice within 48 hours.

Transfers must be made before our start date.
