This voice note programme is designed for busy people who want to practise their English in the same depth as conversation coaching, but with more flexibility and without the need to commit to live classes.

Every month, we dive into a new theme, exploring it in-depth to:

• Develop your ability to voice and justify your opinion
• Tackle tricky decisions through engaging hypothetical scenarios
• Enjoy the process of explaining your thoughts in English

This method is designed to help you apply the English you’ve learned in real, exciting speaking opportunities, all while getting valuable personalised feedback.

It’s also a fantastic opportunity for self-reflection. As you improve your speaking skills, you’ll discover how English can serve you better in both your personal and professional life.

Participants who wish to receive extra 1:1 feedback in a 60-minute coaching session will get a 10% discount on that session.

For conversation coaching, I have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Para el coaching conversacional, tengo una política de cancelación de 24 horas.

That means that if you cancel or request a reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you will lose that session.

Eso significa que si cancelas o solicitas un cambio de horario con menos de 24 horas de antelación, perderás esa sesión.

To avoid this, it is advised that you always double check your shcedule to make sure there are no discrepancies.

This is common practice in the industry for language teachers and coaches who take their work and services seriously.

Esta es una práctica habitual en el sector entre profesores de idiomas y coaches que se toman su trabajo y sus servicios en serio.

For the voice note programme, due to its nature, there is no need for a cancellation policy as we work more flexibly.

En el caso del programa de notas de voz, debido a su naturaleza flexible, no es necesaria una política de cancelación estricta.

However, the deadlines must be respected and no refunds can be made once the course has started.

Sin embargo, los plazos de entrega de las notas de voz deben respetarse y no se podrán hacer devoluciones una vez que el curso haya comenzado.

Should you pay for the voice note programme and decide not to do it before the start date, you will be entitled to a refund if you notify up to 24 hours before the scheduled starting date.

Cuando pagas por el programa de notas de voz y decides no realizarlo antes de la fecha de inicio, tendrás derecho a un reembolso si lo notificas al menos 24 horas antes del comienzo previsto.

I accept both Spanish and international bank transfers. If your bank adds any transfer fees, they’ll be your responsibility to pay.

Acepto transferencias bancarias tanto nacionales (españolas) como internacionales. Si tu banco aplica alguna comisión, será tu responsabilidad cubrirla.

I will provide my bank details to you personally via an acceptance email for each course. For Spanish legal purposes, each client will be asked to provide their full name, ID number (DNI/NIE in Spain), and their address (number, street name, post code and city). This is a legal requirement by Spanish law that allows me to create an invoice. For each service provided, you will receive an invoice within 48 hours.

Por motivos legales en España, se pedirá a cada cliente que facilite su nombre completo, número de identificación (DNI/NIE en España) y dirección completa (número de edificio, nombre de la calle, código postal y ciudad).
